  • A free Home Seller kit and access to MotonProperties real estate lawyers.

Sellers who use this service exclusively save $8,851.00 when they sell their $150,000 home! If the purchaser comes to you with a cooperating (buyer’s) agent you will most likely be obligated to pay a commission of 2.4 to 3.0% if the deal goes through.

If you choose to sell your home using the MLS Service:
You pay $389 at closing for a listing in the local Multiple Listing Service. You also receive a colorful MotonProperties yard sign with either your number or the MotonProperties number, depending on your choice of listing agreements.

Sellers who use this service save $3,901.00 ($150,000 home) if they use this service exclusively. This profit assumes that, in addition to the fee you pay to list your home in the MLS, you also pay a standard commission of 3% to the cooperating agent (the one who represents the buyer.) With this service, you set the commission you are willing to pay the cooperating agent.
